Please note that each OPI plan includes a set number of minutes each month, but if you need additional time, no problem! The rate for additional minutes for Spanish interpreting is $1.75 per minute, and for all other languages, the rate is $2.00 per minute. These rates ensure continued access to our secure, real-time language support beyond your monthly plan.

  • What is included in the Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) service?
    The OPI service provides 24/7 access to professional interpreters in a wide range of languages. All communications are HIPAA-compliant, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for interactions involving sensitive information.
  • How do I choose a subscription plan?
    Customers can choose from our available subscription plans. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as your needs change, and prorated billing will apply if changes are made mid-billing cycle.
  • How does billing and payment work for OPI services?
    Payment is charged on a recurring monthly basis to the credit card on file. You must maintain a valid credit card to avoid service interruptions. If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription mid-cycle, a prorated billing adjustment will apply immediately.
  • How secure is the information shared during OPI calls?
    All communications are confidential and adhere to the highest standards of privacy, including HIPAA compliance. We do not disclose any personal or sensitive information unless required by law.
  • Do I need to meet a minimum usage requirement?
    No, there is no minimum usage requirement for our OPI services. You can use the service as much or as little as needed within your subscription plan.
  • What happens if the OPI service experiences interruptions?
    While we make every effort to ensure 24/7 service availability, occasional interruptions may occur. In such cases, our liability is limited to the value of one month's subscription fee. We do not assume responsibility for any consequential damages or losses.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription by emailing interpret@tlctranslation.com. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, make sure to submit your cancellation request before the 25th of the month. The cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription?
    No, refunds are not provided for paid services. However, prorated credits for any unused time can be applied if you upgrade to a higher subscription plan.
